Wrestlemania

Today was Q-man's first wrestling match and he had a blast, he ended the match 1-1!! Not bad for only two practices. He had long day, but had so much fun:)

Unfortunatly I did not get to go, as I had yet another test to take, blah:P I cannot wait to be DONE!!

What a doll. It's hard to miss out on events in your kids life... sometimes being a grown up is no fun.

Love the poses, how cute. Having two little girls we miss out on some of the boy stuff like wrestling, but these pictures totally make me want to have a little guy

I always tell myself I need to write these things down, when my kids come up with their cute little sayings. Today when Chad came home from work he asked Quinn how he got so cute. Q answered "well, Jesus made me:)" Too cute, I love how their little minds work.

This morning CJ and I were reviewing his vocabulary words. Carissa was sitting by us and when CJ was done he asked Carissa if she knew any words. She thought for a min. and said "I know I yub (love) you CJ." He just smiled and giggled, what a great way to start the day:)

When Jodi (CJ's teacher) came to pick up her boys today she told me she had to brag on CJ for a min, and of course who doesn't like to hear others brag about their kids. She said Mrs. Coe does an end of the year reading test with all the kindergarteners to make sure they are ready to move on and when she brought CJ back she said she had to stop him after level 14 he was just cruising through, their big goal is to get them to a level 3 by the end of kindergarten so he is doing GREAT! She also added that he was just the funnest little kid, which who am I to argue:)

Today Quinn was telling me how much he loved Jesus because he made this beautiful world for us. I said "yep, he must love us a lot, huh?" Then he told me that when he was in Heaven a bad guy was telling everyone to hurt Jesus and Quinn said "I whispered to some kids to not listen to the bad guy and to listen to Jesus":)

We were watching the morning session of General Conference together as a family and as we were listening to L. Whitney Clayton talk about the importnce of having a testimony Quinn asked "Mom, what happens if you don't have a testimony?" Caught a little off gaurd I answered the best I could and told him how important it is to have a testimony so we can share what we know with others and return to live with Heavenly Father and Jesus again. He answered with a simple, "Oh" as only Quinn can:) Even when I don't think he is, he is always listening and those little wheels are turning:)

Carissa has been so sick this past week, we went and stocked up on Gatorade to try and keep her hydrated to avoid having to admit her for IVs. When I filled her cup up and went to hand it to her she asked me what it was. I told her gatorade and she looked at me with a very scared look, and said I don't want to drink alligators. I had to quickly change my story and tell her is was juice. Too, funny. It took me awhile to catch on that she thaught GATORade was made from alliGATORS. LOL;)
